What we were Asked
Strukton Rail wanted tot train their employees on how to use a passenger lift even before the machine was handed over to them by the production company.
what we suggested
Goal043 used their procedure trainer platform to build a gamified interactive simulation for Strukton Rail. We transferred the original step-file into a rigged interactive model. Then we translated the written manual into procedural steps and imported them into to platform.
The result will be a tablet-based training-tool with different modes of learning and peer-peer competition.
