What we were Asked
The order-picking process at the Mitsubishi distribution center is well organised. It has, however a steep learning curve for employees that are new on board. Next to this not everybody is equipped to do the job. We were asked to come up with a flexible and up to date learning tool that also can be used for assessment during recruitment.
what we suggested
In a hackathon together with Mitsubishi and SDWorks we developed a tailor made onboarding game that also can be used for assessment. With the use of microgames and various game dynamics future employees experience what capabilities are needed to work at MME.
