What we were Asked
De Federatie organizes an annual safety day for the employees of a large Dutch civil engineering company. A day that contributes to awareness, knowledge and skills regarding safety.
In 2021, this day could not take place at a physical location. Goal043 & Goudvisie were asked to translate the existing ideas into an online concept.
what we suggested
Goal043, de Federatie and Goudvisie co-created safety game GMB-ZO! in which groups can compete online to become the best security team of the company.
The players face dilemmas during various levels. They have to make decisions that focus on communication, in addition to safety issues.
Do they recognize the unsafe situation? From which colleague can they request information best?
During the game, players can be interrupted and find themselves in a secret room where a real actor can take them along in a role-playing game.
