Welke persoonsgegevens verzamelen wij van u?
Als u contact met ons opneemt, deelt u persoonsgegevens met ons. Wij gebruiken deze gegevens enkel om snel en effectief contact met u op te nemen. Ook als u onze spellen speelt deelt u persoonsgegevens met ons. We verzamelen alleen de gegevens die we nodig hebben om u onze producten en diensten aan te kunnen bieden. Het gaat bijvoorbeeld om uw mailadres en naam.
Bij het spelen van een game worden aanvullend nog de nickname en gamescores bijgehouden, alleen deze aanvullende gegevens kunnen zichtbaar zijn voor andere spelers.
Aanvullende informatie voor de spellen “Wie Helpt” en “Zuivere Koffie”:
Bij het aanmaken van een account worden E-mail en gebruikersnaam gevraagd. Deze persoonsgegevens worden met niemand gedeeld. Deze zijn alleen voor het aanmaken van een account, zodat u herhaald kunt inloggen. De inloggegevens worden los van de speelresultaten opgeslagen. Het is voor ons niet mogelijk om speelresultaten en inloggegevens te koppelen.
Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens doorgeven aan andere partijen in overeenstemming met deze privacyverklaring en de wet. Zonder uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming zullen wij uw persoonsgegevens niet bekendmaken aan derden voor hun marketingdoeleinden.

Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht, sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. Goal043 blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.
Hoe gaan wij met uw persoonsgegevens om?
U kunt erop vertrouwen dat we zorgvuldig met uw gegevens omgaan. Om de beveiliging van persoonsgegevens te waarborgen, hebben wij een Information Security Officer in dienst. Die toezicht houdt op het verwerken en beveiligen van persoonsgegeven.
